Lake Shawnee Golf Leagues

Lake Shawnee Golf Course offers a variety of leagues to people of all ages. From the advanced player to the beginner, leagues can be competitive and fun. Enjoy the camaraderie and make new friends while enjoying Lake Shawnee Golf Course.

A healthier lifestyle leads to a happier life. Is there a better way to stay in shape than playing golf? Lake Shawnee Golf Course has the following leagues available:

Men's Club

The Men's Club is a 9-hole league which plays on Wednesdays. The league is an all day league which allows club members to book tee times throughout the entire day. Members will be allowed to book tee times one week in advance for Wednesdays Men's Club. Each Wednesday starting approximately 3:30 pm the golf course will allow access to both front-9 and back-9.

Weekly Events

Weekly events are optional and the games will alternate between 2-Man Blind Draws & Low Gross/Low Net events.

Blind Draw- The event will be scored by random pairings of Men's Club members to form a team. Scores are then added together to form a team total. Once all the team scores are totaled we will flight the group. Number of flights will be determined by the number of Men's Club members who paid their $1 for the event. The payouts will be the same in each flight. Each flight will be broken down into first, second, and third place.

Low Gross & Low Net- Every other Wednesday awards will be paid out for winners of Low Gross and Low Net in each flight. Players will only be competing against the other players form their specified 9-holes.

Monthly Food Nights- Once each month, the league hosts a food night. All members may participate in the daily play then join their fellow members for a delicious meal beginning at 6:00 pm. Members will sign-up and pay in advance in the golf shop.

Ladies Morning League

Open to all women. Play starts on Tuesdays at

9:00 am in March, April, May
7:30 am in June, July, August
8:30 am in September, October

Two Divisions: 9 and 18 hole 

Description: Ladies Morning League offers competitive and fun formats each Tuesday, weekly events, an Invitational Tournament, Ladies Club Championship, and much, much more.

LSWGA Ladies Evening League

Spring is here and that means it's time for golf! You are invited to Lake Shawnee Golf Course Club House for the spring kick off and registration meeting on April 2, 2013 at 6 pm. All levels of golfer are welcome. For questions please contact Karla Mosher at 785-207-5163.

League play begins Tuesday April 9th, with tee times beginning at 4:32 pm.

Come Join us for a fun and informational meeting with no obligation to join. We are looking for new members so bring a friend and join us. The league is open to players of all different skill levels.
